> What does IMEI/Serial Number mean and where do I find it?
A IMEI/Serial is a unique number assigned to each mobile device. We use this to be able to identify your device in the case of a warranty.
iPhone Users: Settings > General > About (Can’t access your phone? No worries, put “NULL”)
Android & other devices: Settings > About Phone
> Why do you need my password?
