> Do you have a storefront?
We are a professional mobile service that offers the convenience of on-site visits to our clients’ homes or offices. We do not have a physical storefront. Although it’s our most largely asked question; we do plan to expand to our branch to a storefront before Fall of 2024.
> What does IMEI/Serial Number mean and where do I find it?
A IMEI/Serial is a unique number assigned to each mobile device We use this to be able to identify your device in the case of a warranty.
iPhone Users: Settings > General > About (Cant access your phone? No worries put “NULL”)
Android & other devices: Settings > About Phone
> Why do you need my password?
We may require your password to ensure that we can perform a thorough and accurate repair of your device, including diagnostic tests and access to certain features or settings. It’s important to note that if you choose not to provide your password, this may void your warranty, and we cannot guarantee the success of the repair. Please be assured that we have strict privacy policies and procedures in place to protect your personal data, and we will not share your information with anyone.
We house some of the highest experienced technicians. Our technicians have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on training and undergo a deep background check to assure you don’t have just anybody showing up to your door.
